GASOLINE FUEL INJECTORS

GB’s line of remanufactured fuel injectors are remanufactured using a proven 15 step process at our state of the art facility in Long Beach, California. GB is the only remanufacturer with the ability to replace internal injector coils, injection mold new fuel injector bobbins, and wind them to OEM specifications. When necessary, new connectors are molded on the injector which are color matched to their OEM specifications. In many cases, GB's engineering team improves the OEM design by eliminating the original failure mode. 

For example, GB's engineers solved a common failure on a Nissan/Hitachi injector that suffers from a materials defect with the OE design. On these injectors, the enamel insulation on the injector coil breaks down over time, resulting in electrical failure of the injector. The solution? GB's design team developed a remanufacturing process to replace the internal electrical coil. This involved molding new bobbins, using higher temperature enamel on the new coil winding, encapsulating the coil and remolding a new connector on the injector.
